Refund Policy
Short version: we offer refunds within 7 days of your first payment if the service didn't work as expected. After that, you can cancel anytime — no refund for the current billing period, but you keep access until the end of it.
1. Subscription model
COTflow is a monthly subscription service at $9/month. You are billed on the same date each month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect immediately and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
2. 7-day satisfaction guarantee (first payment only)
If you subscribe and find that the service does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of your first payment at hello@cotflow.app. We will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first payment only. It is intended for cases where the service fails to deliver what was described — not for change of mind after extended use.
3. General refund policy
After the 7-day window, we do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or unused subscription periods
- Temporary unavailability of CFTC data (outside our control — the CFTC publishes data independently)
- Partial use of the service during a billing period
4. Exceptions — service failure
If COTflow experiences a significant technical failure that prevents access to the service for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will issue a prorated credit or refund for the affected period. Contact us at hello@cotflow.app with details.
5. CFTC data interruptions
COTflow relies on data published weekly by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Occasional delays or interruptions in CFTC data publication are outside our control and do not constitute a service failure eligible for refund. We communicate any such interruptions transparently on our dashboard.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email hello@cotflow.app with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by signing in to your account and clicking "Manage subscription" — this redirects to the Lemon Squeezy customer portal where cancellation is one click. No email required, no retention attempt.
