Short version: COTflow is free. There is no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
1. No payments
COTflow does not charge for access. There is no subscription, no checkout, and no billing — every tracked asset, the full historical archive, and the weekly data refresh are free to everyone. This policy exists only for reference in case it was linked from an older version of the site.
